My journey to healing, for myself and others.
My path to becoming a massage therapist wasn’t a straight line, but rather one born from my own search for deeper well-being. For three challenging years, as I navigated a personal health journey, I realized that true healing often asks for more than traditional medical care.
This experience sparked a desire within me: to empower not only myself but others to find that same sense of wellness and balance in their own lives.
Through massage therapy, Crystal brings that care into her work with clients: helping them reconnect with their bodies, find relief, and discover healing that supports the whole self. Family is also part of that story, especially being present for her son and gaining the skills to care for her mom in the years to come.
